When you visit us to add a new permanent jewelry piece, our team will guide you through the process step by step.

First, you’ll browse our selection of gold-filled, sterling silver, and 14k solid gold chains and pick the one (or multiple!) that you love.

Then, we'll simply apply the jewelry, ensuring a perfect fit and comfortable wear. Throughout the process, we prioritize your comfort and safety so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

The whole process can take less than 15 minutes!

If your jewelry breaks, please get in touch with us. We offer a warranty that covers repairs for broken jump rings (the piece that actually welds the chain together), and we’ll fix these at no extra charge. However, our warranty does not extend to broken chains or lost jewelry.

If your jewelry broke and was originally done by another permanent jeweler, we are absolutely happy to repair this for you for a $20 reweld fee.

Permanent jewelry is dainty and durable, but it’s not indestructible.

We happily cover reapplying your jewelry if a jump ring breaks, but we do not offer refunds, replacements, or discounts for lost, broken, or stretched jewelry.

The longevity of your pieces is influenced by how well you take care of them, so make sure to maintain the proper light cleaning and care to keep your jewelry in great shape!
